Print monitor time to print wrong

When I try to print something from Quark 5 running in classic mode on OS 10.2.2 the document is sent to print monitor and stays there because it thinks it is set to print the next day at 11:59pm. If I click on change time and change it to immidiately then it prints fine. The system time is set correctly - why are these documents trying to wait until tomorrow?

Any help appreciated
