PRint Merge Excel file

I regularly merge Excel files with addresses on to Corel Draw Files (9 up). My clients' mailing lists are growing some are 5000 names and addresses. At 9-up, I have to break the Excel files into files of a maximum of 15 rows, else the print job crashes (Tht's only 135 addresses per file) Is there another way to do this. I am currently using Corel 11. Is Corel 12 any more effective/ thanks
