How can a memory file - mwsales.mem - be printed directly to a printer. I've tried LIST and DISPLAY without success.

Thanks...

The short answer is - A MEM file cannot be printed directly to a printer. It is not a Text file as such.

If you want to check this out you can Open the MEM file with a HEX or Text editor. It will appear as garbage.

You need to RESTORE the memory variables from the MEM file back into your Foxpro environment and then you can use a DISP MEMO LIKE <something> which can be sent to a printer.

Good Luck,

Thanks for the heads up. It worked great...
Have a great weekend...
