The short answer is - A MEM file cannot be printed directly to a printer. It is not a Text file as such.
If you want to check this out you can Open the MEM file with a HEX or Text editor. It will appear as garbage.
You need to RESTORE the memory variables from the MEM file back into your Foxpro environment and then you can use a DISP MEMO LIKE <something> which can be sent to a printer.
