I've decided to foresee every report I have with the logo of my company. After adapting the first report my Database turned from 2 Mb into 15Mb, and my report turned really slow.

It is not that I want to create it dynamically, it's rather the Word header functionality that I need on my reports: every report needs to cary the same header with my logo. So I just want to paste it on my report

First I thought the picture had to many pixels, so I took a screenshot and I cut the Logo out of it (paint) and while it was still on the clipboard I pasted it on my report. Still no work. Can any one help me please.

When you place a picture on report/form you need to convert the picture. RIGHT CLICK > CONVERT >..
Pictures are stored on form/report will increase the db size to 3 times of the picture size + db size !!! The picture is still in editable mode. If you convert then it is no more editable and the size is smaller.
There are ways to keep the image out side the db and bring to report at runtime.
Also make sure you are compacting the db after design changes to reduce the db size.
