Print jobs from XPPro workstations not printing

Hello,

I created a printer on a Windows 2003 server, enabled print services and shared the printer. On an XPPro workstation I created a printer that sends the print job to the Win2003 server. Now when I print from the Win2003 machine the print job is sent to the printer, however when I send the print job from a workstation the print job hangs inthe Win2003 server. The printer in question is an HP2600N.

Any idea why the workstation print jobs are not being sent to the printer?

Check the firewall, it may need to be disabeled or tweak the settings to allow printing. Als is this a network printer, and how did you install it on the pc?
