print job freezes a work station

I have problem where a print job sent from Computer A will lock up Computer B.<br>
This is usually a long report.<br>
We are running intel print servers as shared printers on an NT file server.<br>

Also, Computer B, the one that is always locked up is a Win 98 machine.<br>
The use cannot delete her own print jobs.<br>

Could the two be related?<br>
