Does anyone know of any programs or any way of auditing what print jobs have been printed from which machines.

E.G If you are in a classroom and someone has printed a dodgy picture, how can you tell who has printed it???

Thanks in advance

A Windows-system? Do they print via server or directly to the printer? On a server you can configure the spooler to not delete the printed spoolfiles, but this will cost you a lot of diskspace, especially for pictures...
You should indicate a bit more information. Btw it's surely NO hardware issue

Hi

Yes it is Windows XP clients on a network, this is a remote site and the clients can connect to the server and then print, but most of the time they print directly to the printer.

I was wondering if you could get some type of software that would check print jobs (not on a server, but maybe on a workstation that you decide on)??????
