Print issue in Lotus Approach

When printing from Lotus Approach to a networked HP LaserJet 4000, the program automatically starts by wanting to print 9999 copies, and when this is changed to the desired amount it will only print one copy. When printing from any other program, the desired amount is printed.

Any ideas???

That definitely sounds like a printer problem and not a problem in Approach. check with HP for an updated driver for that printer.
