Print Invoices with Crystal Reports 1

We've developed a Crystal report for a custom laser invoice we wish to use.

The plan was to print to file in OE so Macola can do its thing and then run our Crystal report. Got to the testing phase and find out that printing to file is not available in Macola's OE Print Invoice.

Is there a way to make it available?

I guess I could print to Acrobat Distiller but I worry about the speed of the process.

Yes, print to file on forms is available, but undocumented.

Edit the macola7.cfg file. in the [MSwitch] section, add the following line:

Print-Form-To-Disk=Yes

Please be advised that this will be available to ANY user, for ANY form.

This works for Progression, there's no such option in Macola ES. It's been logged as an enhancement request, but if your on Macola ES, you'll need to setup a printer that prints to file.

In Macola ES the same functionality exists. And it is in the same file. Macola7.cfg just change the print-form-to-disk=n to Y.

The financials in ES are all from the excel add-in are they not?
