Good afternoon,

I'd like to have one of my reports print in date order and it only prints in alpha order. How can I change this?

Thanks in advance,

Sort your report based on the value of the date field. What are you currently using for the field/expression in your report's sorting and grouping dialog? What is the data type of this field/expression?

Hi Duane, et al,

I have a problem similar to RNBTraining. I want to list the number of hours, the material, etc allocated for each month. So I have a subform on the Work Directive form where one enters the month and the allocations for that month, for that Work Order. But when I call that information into a report, it lists the months in alphabetic order, not chronological order. Is there a way to correct this?

Thanks

How are you storing the month values? If you are not use a numeric or date field, you should change it.
