Print Header Problems Eudora 5.2

I've suddenly started getting problems with the headers and footers that are printed when printing an email. Instead of the header listing the sender, time, subject (etc.) I sometimes get a pointer that shows the name of the file that is being printed (e.g., file//c:\windows\temp\eud9.htm). I tried unchecking the "use Microsoft view" option from the options-view menu and this seems to work. But I am wondering where Eudora finds the information to stick in the header and footer. I assume (when use Microsoft view is checked) that it is finding this information from the file-pagesetup option in Internet Explorer.
