Print Groups separately into PDF files

I'm not sure if this can be done or not.

I have a report that is grouped by sales manager. I want to distribute this report by email so that each sales manager receives their individual information in PDF format. Is there a way that I could generate separate reports for each sales manager? Thanks in advance!

I am pretty sure that this doesn't come with the standard functionality of Access, but if you have the Adobe Acrobat with the Acrobat Distiller, you should be able to print to the distiller, and it will create a .pdf of your report. Then you can email it to anyone.

I've gotten the report to print in PDF, but it prints the entire report. I would like it to print each group separately into separate PDF files. Do you know if that is possible?

You'll need to develop a routine to programatically select the groups and open the report for each group once and send the pdf. Joe Miller
