I have created a form that filters records after a "OnClick" command from my master form. I want my users to be able to Print and/or Print Preview this form. It will only show one record.

I cannot seem to figure out how to provide for this. This is probably a rudimentary question, but I am stuck.

Additionally, this form that I want to print is just for information purposes. Is there a way to remove the cursor and tabbing functions from the form?

I appreciate any help that you can give.

Thanks,
Ben

In the form's Properties sheet, just set the Default View to Continuous Forms. This will make Print and Print Preview (and also Form View) show all the records.

To prevent the users from editing the data on the form, just change all the text box, combo box, etc. controls Enabled properties to No. You'll probably also want to change their Locked properties to Yes, because that makes them look the way they did before you changed the Enabled properties. (Enabled by itself 'dims' the controls, making them harder to read.) Rick Sprague
