Hi MEM69,
Go to the database window, Double-click on the table you want to open. When it comes up in view, use the little printer button on your toolbar to print! Bye for now, Gord

Gord,

I don't think that's it!

My sample shows soething like this:

Title:
Publisher name:
Purchase Price:
Cover Type:
Date Purchased:
Pages:

At the bottom it shows;

Record 1 of 5

How do I get ther, and print it?

MEM69,
Follow the instructions carefully make sure you are in tables. Gord

MEM69,

Gord is refering to [red]TABLES[/red] if you haven't gottent there yet, then you can do it that way. Also, you can just select the TABLE (e.g. SINGLE click) on the TABLE name, and then the print button in the menu.
