Hi All,

Is it possible to just print the first page of a report in access 2000. I have a macro with several open report actions with print as the argument. Can I add something to either the report or the macro so that only the first page get's printed? Or if not, can I create a module to do this for me?

any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

In the Macro, look for the PrintOut Action. One of the arugments should be From Page/To Page.

thanks for your reply, that's just what I need, but the printout action doesn't have any report name argument, so how do I tell it which report to print? for all my other reports I've been using OpenReport and setting the view argument to print.

I haven't used it in a Macro, but I would assume that you would simply follow the OpenReport action with the PrintOut action. Post back if that doesn't do it.
