Hi:

our application uses the CE10 java viewer (com.crystaldecisions.report.web.viewer.CrystalReportViewer) embedded in our web appliction (server-side) that renders a report calling the function viewer.processHttpRequest(...). our problem is that when you go to print the report via our web applciation, it doesn't print or an error is displayed (even though it does print correctly).

has anyone else seen this? Is there some IE setting that i need to change on the client to get this working? need more details, let me know.

i figured the first part of this problem out. It appears that the print htm page uses an ActiveX control. The ActiveX control was not part of the web app and so when when print page came up, it just sat there.
