Hi, I receive a Crystal Report viewer error message when I try to view one of my reports (branchcorp30day)on the web. What does this error message mean?

"Seagate Crystal Reports: Print Enging Errorbranchcorp30day.rptbranchcorp30day.rpt [On Page Server: (our server address)]

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks. :-> David Lee

I have not seen that message before but have had many problems with Crystal and Printers (I had some reports that would not run becuase the user did not have any printers installed. Edit the report and check your printer options. Make sure that the printer installed on the PC in which you are trying to execute the report, and getting the error has the same capabilities (landscape, legal, etc) as the printer used by the PC to create\edit the report. You could also edit the report, from the file menu select PRINT SETUP and then select the box for "No Printer". Close and save the report. ALSO.....from the file menu, select OPTIONS, then go to the REPORTING tab and make sure that "More Report Engine Error Messages" is selected, this setting may give you more detail. But I have seen a smiliar message when a date field in the database did not have a valid date entered in it and then when Crystal tried to convert the date from 20020502 into 05/02/02 it could not.
