print drivers

i am a newbie here so i apologize if this is a stuiped question. I have and Xerox workcentre pro 416 that i had on our old sever OS, we just migrated to sever 2003 and I can not find any drivers for server 2003, would the old windows 2000 drivers work with server 2003 with out causing problems on my server?
