Print driver problem loading Unified Messaging

Just got a new PC, as did a coworker and the print driver will not load. (It worked fine on the previous PC) It says "Unable to install the fax printer driver. The print spooler may be busy. Please restart your computer and try again).

Any ideas? (Virus protection or something?) Everything else works great
