I need to know how to print the structure of an Ms Access 97 database

Not sure how you would define structure but Access has a handy tool for printing out substantial information about tables, forms, queries, etc.

Click on Tools, Analyze and select Documenter.

This will bring up a dialog box where you can choose the tables etc that you want to document.

From each tab you can click on options to describe the amount of information you want returned.

Hope this helps. [sig]<p>Larry De Laruelle<br><a href=mailto:larry1de@yahoo.com>larry1de@yahoo.com</a><br><a href= > </a><br> [/sig]

There is also a handy add-in for Access that will allow you to print out the layout of your relationships. I believe you can get it off the microsoft website.

Rohdem, can you tell us what the add-in is called? [sig]<p>Debbie<br><a href=mailto:dabloch@twa.com>dabloch@twa.com</a><br>[/sig]

I don't know exactly what it is called, but I will e-mail the install file to anyone who wants it. [sig]<p>Mike Rohde<br><a href=mailto:rohdem@marshallengines.com>rohdem@marshallengines.com</a><br>[/sig]
