I use Command button wizard to create a button to print current form in form design view. But it deosn't work. When I click the button it printed all the records not the current record. Is something wrong with the setting? I use Access 97.

Another question is that I use "How to: Convert a form to a report in Access 97" (see bellow) to print a form report.
The problem is after step 8, I can not find "Save Current Form as Report" list box item. Is this a setting problem?

Please help and thanks in advance!

-------
How to: Convert a form to a report in Access 97.
Solution:

In the Form Design view, select the 'View' menu, select 'Toolbars', and select 'Customize...'. On the 'Commands' tab, select 'Form/Report Design' and drag the 'Save As Report' list box item to the toolbar. Click the 'Save As Report' toolbar button for the selected form, and type the report name.

1) If it is not already active, activate the database window.
2) Click the 'Forms' tab and select the form.
3) Click 'Design' in the database window. (The selected form appears in the Design view.)
4) Select the 'View' menu and select 'Toolbars'. (The 'Toolbars' submenu appears.)
5) Click 'Customize...'. (The 'Customize' dialog box appears.)
6) Click the 'Commands' tab.
7) Select the 'Form/Report Design' topic from the 'Categories' list box.
8) Click 'Save As Report...' from the 'Commands' list box.
NOTE: Click 'Description' to read a description of the selected toolbar button.
9) Drag-and-drop the 'Save Current Form as a Report' list box item to the toolbar.
NOTE: As you drag the button, either a '+' (plus) icon or an 'X' icon will appear to the right of the mouse pointer. You cannot drop the button until the '+' icon is visible. The '+' icon will appear when the mouse pointer is over a toolbar or toolbox.
10) Click 'Close'.
11) Click the 'Save As Report' toolbar button on the toolbar. (The 'Save Form as Report' dialog box appears.)
12) Type a name for the report in the 'Report Name' text box and click 'OK'.
NOTE: The form from which the report was created will continue to exist; it will be listed on the 'Forms' tab of the database window.
13) Select the close window button in the upper right-hand corner of the form to close it.
14) Click the 'Reports' tab in the database window.
15) Select the newly created report from the list box. (The selected report is highlighted.)
16) Click 'Preview' to preview the report.
NOTE: The report has the same properties as the form.
