In Access 2000, I have a table that contains multi-page OLE objects in either Excel or Adobe format. This is our "Stock Reports Book."

From the table, when I click the OLE field, the report opens in its native application and all pages are visible.

When I create a report from the table, however, and include the OLE object, a small area of the report is visible, but not the entire report.

I want to be able to click on a link from the report to display the full report/s.

Can this be done in Access?

Thank you so much,

Rachel

Per your subject line...

The only way I would expect you can display all the contents correctly is to size the control big enough. Each OLE object is going to support it's own properties and I can't remember ever seeing one that supported anything that would work witch Access's can grow.

As for double clicking... A report does not support anything like that but forms do... I expect though that it works natively without coding... I really haven't played in the space of saving OLE objects in tables.
