Print Chinese alphabet from Access table

I am currentl using Microsoft Access to store and retrieve the chinese alphabet for view and everything is perfect but the problem occur when I click the print button, the chinese words turn to ??Name. Is there any way i can fix this?(I use Chinese Star 2.97)
