Print button on form, marges change (2): Problem solved!

Here is how I solved it:

I made a new right-click menu (quick menu) I was already using this in order to allow users to select and sort records and come to a specific selection of a record field.

(If you don't know how to make your custom right-click menu)
look up a helpfile (basically options/toolbars/new toolbar and then change toolbar to popup after you have inserted all the options you want users to have. Then in the form properties select this menu)(soory can't be more specific, but the access I am working with is in another language)

In this menu I added the "button" Page properties. Now all the user has to do is right-click then click on page properties, and only the page properties comes up (circumventing the print preview security problem)

It will also let users change printers and printer settings, which makes it a great option for multiple platforms. (and a good selling point )

Now just put it in the instruction manual
