Print button not working

Out of 10+ users sharing one server based goldmine 5.7 dBase, one user is having a printing issue that I can't trace. When the user clicks on the print button nothing happens. I checked the printer setup and that's fine. I don't believe it's a printer issue because he can print in any other program, it's just in goldmine, but Goldmine isn't installed locally so this is a confusing situation.

If anyone can stear me in the the right direction I would highly appreciate your help

Have him first make sure that his default printer is the right printer. He may not have it set this way in Windows, and other programs will always use the last printer that was used.

That failing, make sure he can navigate to the printer in Windows Explorer

If that doesn't give you a solution, have him remove and add the printer.
