Hello -

Am designing an Accounts Receivable Aging report which contains four columns, with a currency value only in one of the four columns. I am using a query as the data source. The query is calculating a value for one column and displaying zeros in the three columns that do not have any value, so this data is being picked up for the report.

How do I suppress the printing of the zeros in the report data lines and totals?

Thanks.

Set the format property of the text box to something like (from Help):
$#,##0.00[Green];($#,##0.00)[Red];"";""
