Print attached envelope is Word

When i attach an envelope to a document in Word, the printer has to be promted to print. I must manually push the button on the printer. All other documents print automacially. Is this waiting for an envelope? I want to shut this feature off, if it is a feature. Anyone have this problem? Thank you very much!

Yes, the printer is waiting for you to say 'OK, I've loaded the envelope'. To turn this off, look in your printer configuration. Does the printer driver show that envelopes are manual feed? Change this to default tray or something similar.

Thank you! I have looked in the printer properties and don't see any option for envelopes. Using windows 98 and word 2000. Any help pointing me in the right direction for this option?

What operating system and what printer?

Win 98 and Word 2000. I think I may have found it in WOR, correct? Envelope printing options. However, the only choices I have are Feed fron Auto or Feed from Default Tray. Thanks again!

Try setting it to feed from default tray.
