Hi, I have another question. I am trying to print a pagemaker file as a PDF and I get this error message -

When you create a postscript file you have to send the host fonts. Please go to the Acrobat Distiller printer properties, "Adobe PDF Settings" page and turn off the option "Do not send fonts to distiller"

Ok, shouldn't be a problem except that I can't figure out how to get to Acrobat distiller printer properties. I've went into distiller- didn't see it, I've tried to find it on the print options window in Pagemaker too. Where is it? I can get to it when I'm printing PDFs from MS Access though. But that isn't helping me with pagemaker. Thanks in advance for any advice!
Cheers

Go to the printers icon in control panel and RIGHT click on the printer named "Acrobat Distiller".

Select "Properties", Click on the tab that says Adobe PDF Settings, and uncheck the box that says "Do not send fonts to distiller"

Reboot and it should work fine.
I have run into this many times; don't know how it gets checked.
