Print Alignment Problem

I have a HP LaserJet 3390 All-In-One

We use this paper that has boxes where the type is supposed to go in. It is an application like form. When we print on it all the type is up and to the left of where it is supposed to be by about a 1/4 of an inch. This is the only printer we have the problem with so we are pretty sure it is something with the printer. Any suggestions?
Thanks

Are the other printers (that are printing properly) LJ 3390's?

Possibly use a different emulation. Most HP will accept LJIIP.
