Print advanced features keeps turning off

Hi Folks,

The advanced features of my networked printers keep turning off.

They are hosted on a 2ksp4 box.

About once a week I need to open the properties of each printer, access the advanced tab and then re-tick the advanced features check box.

one or two printers, not a problem, 30 odd printers....problem.

Does anyone know how to fix this permanently?

Are you making the change on your local workstation or on the print server. It sometimes makes a difference.
You can also try and make the change via the browser window. Open your browser and type the IP address of the printer to get to the config pages.
These have helped for me in the past.
