print A/R statement 1

Hi,
I'm running A/R 5.5.
When running the aged trial balance report under A/R transaction reports for a customer it lists me outstanding invoices.
Running the report under A/R Customer Reports > Statement/Letters/Labels for that customer just tells me there are no records in the specified range. Reprint does not work either.
The cutoff date is set to today and invoices are more then 30 days old.
Why won't it print the A/R statement?

Make sure that customer's setup has the "print statements" box checked.
