We have a program that utilizes v8.5 to print reports and letters on a sequel database. I have a current report created that I want to edit. I would like to select print and have the report print 2 copies with the second copy watermarked copy. I have instered the watermark but I am unsure of how to have the same report print 2 copies.

Thank you for any suggestions...

Without knowing your report structure, it's a little hard to say what would be the easiest approach, but one way would be to save the report under another name and then insert it as a subreport in the report footer section, with the report footer formatted for "New Page Before". Then you could place the watermark in a page header and format that to suppress with:

pagenumber = 1

...so that the watermark only appears on page 2. You would also format the pageheader containing the watermark with "Underlay following sections."

If the report is grouped, and you want a first page and copy for each group, then place the subreport in a group footer section and link it to the main report on the group field.
