Prince2 Document Order

You never use Prince 2 unless you are in an organisation that mandates it. Their procedures will tell you which order you need to follow.
(Having said that, I've never actually worked in an organisation that uses it properly although the majority would say they do and require you to be a Practitioner to walk through the door - what a crazy world).
