Had an interesting problem come up that i'm not able to resolve.
Our PRI-A went offline and anyone trying to dial out was directed to a users DN. Not sure what setting in the BCM config would have caused this. Anyone know? Under usual circumstances all calls are directed to the operator, but the calls were being routed to a different DN. I assume its a setting that i'm missing. Any help is appreciated.
