Could somebody please explain what a Prine Set and Control Set are, and what they do??

Prime Set & Control Set

prime set is the soloution for everything.... its used to answer calls if ur phone is busy...if u have "forward no answer"... if the number is not known in ur system....
control set is for restrictions... the restriction that u activate via feature code in that phone control all phones who got this control set entry.... u can also change day/night/auto mode etc....
thats just examples u have to set up many things that the described things happen....just to show the difference
