prime line on an ATA2

I have 2 lines and each have been assigned to pool A and pool B. I would like the ATA to have line002 as its prime but no matter what I set it to (either PoolB or Line002), it still selects Line001 when you press 9.

Any thoughts? Do I need to reset the ATA or should the settings take effect immediately?

What is pool B's access code? If pool A is 9 then B cannot be 9 also. Perhaps you should look at pool access codes. Hope this helps...
