Primary Windows NT Account

Hi, I am using the Oracle LDAP package to extract information from Exchange 5.5. One of the required fields is the primary windows NT account (assoc-nt-account)

When I extract this field it comes out as the binary representation of the hex sid. How can I convert this to the domain/username without having to install any other programs. Does anyone know the logic required to convert this number to plain text?
