has anyone seen issues with failover for IP Office...
scenario is there is a primary/secondary server, both use WebLM for licensing, secondary proxying though primary (2 are connected via VPN so no blocks)
Stop IPO services/voicemail pro on primary, and sometimes some phones fail-over, sometimes none, never all
Voicemail pro on the secondary generally kicks in as backup, but sometimes doesn't
the secondary voicemail pro doesnt seem to be copying across the config from the primary - smtp set on both voicemails, though on the secondary you dont seem to be able to save the config, though it does look to take somehow.
this is a websocket connection which is auto-created when the secondary is brought into the solution.
trunks between show idle on SSA so are active, ping tests between the 2 are fine.
one strange thing is after leaving the primary down for a while (say over 5 minutes) and nothing happens, when its brought back up, a message comes up on the secondary to say that backup phones has been initiated
