Primary field disappears!

HELP! I am having problems in GM BCM 6 with one of the user specific primary fields. Key 1.

Anytime you edit the field (safe edits - like local label or log changes to history) the field disappears. My IT dept. put it back once already, but only docked users were corrected. Now neither IT nor I can get it back. How do I reset this to its original settings? And why would this happen?

This usually happens when you have overlapping fields

Hold down the control button and click around where the field should be, and see if something is overlapping it

to put it back, create the field in the fields tab first then drag it up to where the key1-5 fields were originally
