[hairpull2]I have a customer that wants to set up an extension that will ring multiple phones when selected from the AA and would like the call to go to vm if not answered. There are no analog ports on the system and using a spare digital port with coverage to voicemail goes directly to vm. I also tried using an adjunct to do this. I have a feeling that I will need the analog port if I want vm on the ext. They have something similar set up but w/o vm and it works fine. I think the vm option throws a monkey wrench into things. Any suggestions??
Thanks!

How 'bout having these "Multiple Phones" cover the extension with just regular coverage, but set the VM Cover Delay to something longer than normal.

That way, the "Multi's" have a chance to answer it, and if they don't it's off to VM.

Just use an adjunct/phantom extension. Put primary coverage for that adjunct extension onto the users you want to ring as merlinman said (up to 8 extensions can cover an extension). Add that adjunct to voicemail coverage, create a mailbox for it.
