Primary coverage to Operator phone 1

My client has a Merlin Magix with primary coverage set up. Currently the extension 133 has primary coverage D set up for extension 115. When a call is made to extension 115 it rings their extension 3 times then rings extension 133 three times then goes to the voicemail of 115. What the client wants is it to ring ext. 115 three times then 133 ONE time then to voicemail. I've tried the cover delay programming but that changed the number of rings before 133 rang. I want to change the rings before voicemail picksup after 133 rings. Thank you.

Try changing the Group Coverage rings for 115. The Primary and Secondary coverage paths must be exhausted before the group coverage kicks in.
