Hey, were can i find pricing on radiant systems. I sent them an email because they dont list pricing on there sites but i need to find out some pricing on the following items.

- P1210 Point-of-Sale terminal

- Thermal Printer

- Printer for Kitchen

- Uninterrupted power supplies

-Flex Watch Box

- Camera

Maybe there is a 3rd party buisness that sells this stuff that im not aware of. Im just curious on pricing, maybe you guys have an invoice or somthing or somone may work for an aloha distributor that has this info.

*I dont want some one to ask me my name and number so you can have a slaes guy call me, i just want straight foward pricing.

**Not including labor, warranty's, aloha software, just the one of each item i listed.

Thanks alot

I could be wrong, but from how I understand it is that if you are calling Radiant and you do not represent a chain with greater than 50 locations, all they will do is point you to a local dealer\reseller.

Yep, none of us could sell you the Aloha or Flexwatch stuff if we wanted to. Both of those companies operate through a reseller network. Aloha is fiercely loyal to it's dealer network--you could call up Aloha directly, ranting and raving about how horrible your dealer was (for example), and in 99% of cases, you'd still be forced to use them when it came to purchasing anything related to your Aloha software. I have less experience with Flexwatch, but it was exactly the same. I I had a client that refused to use the dealer, and I contacted Flexwatch directly, on my clients behalf. Despite my clients claims that they were considering pulling the system out if they didn't get alternative support, Flexwatch really didn't care.

So, looks like you've been spared the sales call. ;)

I figured some one had an invoice of this stuff or somthing. Im just finding out if all this stuff is worth that 6k dollar warranty. My friend and i are days away from just making an aloha server for backup. Basicly i just needed the go ahead from the boss ;)

Well, if all the stuff you mentioned needs to replaced, then yeah, the warranty might be worth it... :) It's all about what you're willing to endure to NOT have to mess with it ;)

Then again, it shouldn't be breaking after 60 months, or whatever you said it was!

Just for your own info, the prices can vary quite a bit from dealer to dealer, too.

For the printers it is easy to find prices.
There is nothing special about them. Everybody sells them.

As for terminals just look at competitive models to get
ball park pricings. google or ebay

Quite a few people sell flexwatch so you may google something on prices.

If you are really high on the 1210 terminal they are available from a number of places. The only thing Radiant about the unit is the logo printed on the front. I personally don't use them...
TekVision and Touch Windows both carry the same unit.
