Hello. I am just wondering what the prices of eFrequency, eCard, and EDC for Aloha are. I currently have the basic software version 6.0.7 and I may upgrade the software.

Thanks in advance

EDC is going to run you roughly $100 per terminal if all you need is the software + labor to set it up. You also will have to make sure to get your dealer and your processor talking early on to iron out the details. They may or may not have some technical hoops to jump through depending on your requirements and the processor you use.

eCards is a setup fee from your dealer and a monthly for the service and that varies depending on alot of factors. Also you will have to get some cards ordered which involves artwork etc etc..... It is a great product especially if you have multiple locations and I have alot of clients using it with success.

Hope that helps.

What about eFrequency? How much is that?

We are paying $45 per site for eFrequency, and $45 per site for eCards. No per transaction fees.

The setup was all done by Radiant dialing in via PCA, at least for us. There were no dealer setup fees. The cards for both apps do get purchased through your dealer and there is a setup fee for the initial artwork. The cards, I believe are roughly between $0.50 and $0.60 per card if you are buying at least 5,000 per order.

You can use the same card for the eFreq and eCard, which we did when we first started. We recently split into separate cards for each program due to requests from our service team and guests.
