I am creating an E-commerce Site and I am currently in talks with a Full service web design company who is including 25 gig of transfer for free every month and if we go over that it would be $3.00 per gig. I am not familiar with the prices but is this a good deal or should I negotiate the price down let me know.

Hi mate,
Unless you are expecting a huge amount of visitors, then you will never come close to 10GB a month, nevermind 25GB a month transfer.
$3/GB is a reasonable amount to pay, you could go cheaper but the current host might not offer you it any cheaper.

Wullie is right. We have one client who is somewhat busy but she still never goes over 1G a month. It also depends if you are going to have flash, music, videos, etc on your site. We have one person who has a couple of videos and he does about 100G a month.
