Price List usage

Can we have a single price list for multiple items for each customer. I tried to create a price list but it is for 1 item not multiple items. Pleas help.

You can have unlimited items in a price list.

how to add items, after creating a new price list I can select only one item.

You add items one by one to each list. Maybe you need to export/import.

I am using following sequence to create a price list

IC setup ---> Price list code
this will create a price list name with some other values
but not selling price.

then I am trying to add this price list to an Item throgh the following

IC items and price list ---- Item pricing
here we can add selling price and base price..

and add PRICE LIST to an Item not the opposite where we can add an ITEM to a Price List.

What should we do the default price list in IC Items...

1. That's the way it works
2. You can add a default price list or not, it depends on how you want use the system. Most of my clients like a default, some don't.
