Depends on where you are. I know that in Phoenix they use a DMS-500. I'm pretty sure they use them throughout their network, but don't quote me on that. If that is the case though, select DMS-250 for switch type.
If you're referring to routing DID's you probably just need them to send four digits. If you're referring to caller ID, then you'll want all digits.
