I have a CS1000 rls 6 the PRI will not recover from a hit if the Lamp audit is turned on in LD77 DLMP 1. The PRI will not respond to commands from the TTY and only a sys load will recover it. Lamp audit is turned on as a work aroud to a problem we have with COT trunks disabling with message Err5342. This was raised with Nortel/Avaya when we upgraded from SL1 to Rls 4.5 we have COT trunks connected to locally made interface for Radio and PA systems. The problem existed on the earlier SL1 but was fixed with a XFCOT patch. In our dealings with Nortel they got us to turn on SSD messaging in LD77 to capture data, this stopped the COT disable issue so the matter died. We have left with SSD messaging turned on in LD 77 to stop COT's disabling and has remained this way through upgrades to Rls5 and Rls6 until we introduced a PRI and found it prevented the PRI from being enabled. Any thoughts on either problem would be helpful. Thanks
