I have a BCM50 6.0 and the strangest thing is happening. I can make calls out via the PRI but when I dial in externally or internally to a DN and that has CFNA or CF or redirect i.e. dial string ( 9-212-XXX-XXXX I get a CO intercept. I am wondering if the BCM is adding or subtracting a digit and the CO is not getting it. I have look everywhere in the configs but I can;t figure out what is happening. I have watched the BCM MOnitor and I see the digits as they are dialed but I don;t see anything strange. I have never had this problem before.

Check that the carrier is not stopping redirects.

Try playing with OLI on the sets in question and make sure the digits are their private target or the main target number.

The carrier needs to ignore the outbound CLID digits. It is sending the callers CLID and not the BTN so it is rejecting the call.
