PRI Two B-Channel Transfer (TBCT) 1

I can't get this to work on a Norstar MICS with PRI.Once I make a transfer to a outside party it does not drop off my B channels.Does the C.O. (dms 100)have to change any options or do I have provide something to trigger the TBCT

yes , the CO must 'hold' the call on a trunk to trunk transfer - in hte analog world it used to called link transfer, a centrx feature

He right. That is why its important that you carefully only give certain users access to external fwd no answer.

The DMS office needs to make changes to support this. Some companies don't offer TBCT.
