PRI turnup trouble

Hi everyone
I have a 3300 cx on 10.0. We are running into trouble turning up a t1 combo card. We are using cbeyond who is providing an IAD that the PRI is connected to. I have done many of these so I suspect its on thier end as I have compared the programming to another cbeyond customer of mine.

I am not making any programming changes and the card is going from solid amber to flashing green.

The telco keeps telling me that they dont even see out equipment but we do have a link light between the telco and our PRI card.

I checked network sync and I am syncing to them, I have my protocol assignment set correctly. I though flashing green means we see the telco but they have the d channel down? any one know?

Any chance you are licensed for more than 1 digital link?

If so, you can program as loopback and test yourself.

Failing that, a PRI test set?

Failing that, do you have a loopback plug you can plug into the telco facing equipment. If that doesn't at least bring up the carrier to them then they have a serious issue (or are monitoring the wrong cct)
